"Si ngama qhirha e ndlela" is a transformative experience that invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness through the power of body and sound. This unique experience utilizes indigenous instruments to unlock their inherent abilities and transport you into a realm of transcendence, self-reflection, and healing. Drawing inspiration from African cosmological beliefs, "Si ngama qhirha e ndlela" aims to unravel the myths and narratives that shape our understanding of our place within the vast network of space, rooted in Africa. Our sessions are facilitated by a group of talented ethnomusicologists who communicate through the language of sound, harnessing its healing properties. During our sessions, you can expect to be guided through a series of immersive soundscapes, carefully crafted to resonate with your inner being. As you surrender to the rhythm and vibrations, your body will be reminded of its innate ability to connect with the primal essence of rhythm. In addition to the auditory journey, you will also be invited to engage in Somatic body movements, further enhancing the connection between your body and the rhythmic flow. Join us on this transformative journey towards self-awareness, inner peace, and harmony. "Si ngama qhirha e ndlela" will be your trusted companion as you explore the depths of your being and embrace the power of sound and movement for holistic healing.
